Cookies Policy
We keep our cookie use minimal — no advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling. Here's exactly what we set and why.
Last updated: 25 May 2026
01What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences (such as language, font size, or whether you've dismissed a banner) so you don't have to re-enter them on every page.
Similar technologies — local storage, session storage, pixel tags — can serve the same purpose. In this policy 'cookies' refers to all of these unless stated otherwise.
02What we use, and what we don't
logiclayersolution.uk is built to be light on tracking. We do not run advertising cookies. We do not run cross-site tracking. We do not sell any data we collect to anyone, ever.
The cookies we do set fall into two narrow categories — strictly necessary and aggregate analytics — described in detail below.
03Cookies we set
lls_session
Strictly necessary · session-only. Maintains your session state (e.g. whether the intro animation has played). Cleared when you close the browser. Cannot be disabled if you wish to use the site normally.
lls_theme
Functional · 1 year. Remembers your light/dark preference if you change it. Can be cleared in your browser without affecting site functionality.
lls_anon_id
Analytics · 30 days. A random, non-identifying ID used to count unique visitors per page in aggregate. IP addresses are anonymised before processing. No cross-site profile is built.
04Third-party cookies
We embed no third-party advertising scripts. We do not load Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or similar tracking pixels on logiclayersolution.uk.
Where we embed third-party content (e.g. a YouTube case-study video) that provider may set its own cookies once you interact with the embed. We use the privacy-enhanced embed mode where available.
05Managing cookies
You can refuse or delete cookies at any time via your browser settings. Helpful guides for the major browsers:
Chrome
Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data → See all cookies and site data → search 'logiclayersolution.uk'.
Safari
Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data → search 'logiclayersolution.uk' → Remove.
Firefox
Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data → search 'logiclayersolution.uk' → Remove Selected.
Edge
Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data → See all cookies and site data.
06Do Not Track
Some browsers send a 'Do Not Track' signal. We treat this signal as a request to disable our analytics cookie for your session. Strictly necessary cookies still load, since the site cannot function without them.
07Changes to this policy
If we add, remove, or change a cookie we'll update this page and revise the 'last updated' date below. Material changes will also be highlighted on the site for at least 14 days.
